Become Your Best Coaching is Natural Physiques' international weekly program delivering thoughtful, original, and inspirational health and wellness information, hosted by Jeremy Likness. The company plans to make future seminars and coaching programs available for podcasts as well.

They do not have to be present during the live show and can even download the audio for convenient listening when they are offline, or not connected to the Internet.
