(PRWEB) July 31, 2008 -- Uplanders Warehouse introduces the UDonate program to benefit upland conservation groups and upland hunters nationwide. The program is called "UDonate" and will give customers of Uplanders Warehouse the option of having Uplanders Warehouse contribute 2% of their product purchase to one of three upland conservation groups. The conservation groups that customers can choose to donate to include Pheasants Forever, Quail Unlimited and Ruffed Grouse Society.
When a customer makes a purchase at www.uplanders.com, they will have the option during the checkout process to select one of the three groups named above to contribute to. The program is absolutely free to the customer - Uplanders Warehouse pays for the contribution out of its own pocket on the customer's behalf. Every month, Uplanders Warehouse will forward all funds to the appropriate conservation group.
"Obviously we're in business to make money. But, we're also in business to help ensure the future of upland hunting. We've created the UDonate program to assist in this goal," said Jared Tanner, owner of Uplanders Warehouse. He continued, "These groups are dedicated to improving habitat for upland game birds. Better habitat means more birds. More birds equate to more and better hunting opportunities - and that's really what drives us."
In addition to the UDonate program, Uplanders Warehouse also sells memberships to Pheasants Forever, Quail Unlimited and Ruffed Grouse Society directly on their website. 100% of the membership fees collected through uplanders.com are passed directly to the conservation group. This is done as a service to these conservation groups - to provide additional exposure and hopefully bring new members to their organizations.
